Dear All I need your suggestion or recommend for design of exchange 2010 Now I plan to used to guest OS on ESX server, I create 2 guest OS name Exch1 and Exch2 and provide each server have local disk 500 GB ( but not share between host ), now I install Exchange 2010 mailbox server role, HUB role and CAS role on Exch1, so next step I plan to configure DAG between Exch1 and Exch2, my question is 1. I can configure DAG between Exch1 and exch2 or not, I read some paper that they recommend configure DAG only mailbox role, but for HUB and CAS they recommend NLB 2. Should I need share disk between exch1 and exch2 or not ? 3. My Server zone is 10.10.x.x and DMZ zone is 192.168.x.x and I have Forefront TMG that have 2 NIC that is firewall between server zone and DMZ zone so I have hardware fire wall between internet and DMZ and already NAT 1 public IP that assign for out mail URL ( https://mail.mydomain.com ) so can I configure OWA, outlook anywhere, push mail. Via used this same this name of URL or not Please recommend or give information to me to complete is task Thank you for your support

The DAG is specifically for mailbox stores. It has got nothing to do with CAS or HT. Do some more research on what the DAG does for you. You do not share disks in Exchange 2010. Do some research on the clustering that you do and what the File Share Witness is for. TMG has got no bearing on your initial Exchange design. Set up Exchange as normal (again, more research) and fully test it with Mobile devices (btw, you can download the WM 6.5 sims for use on workstations so you don't need actual test handhelds).
